ELF champions cup

The ELF Champions Cup is an annual event, launched in 2008, sanctioned by the European Lacrosse Federation (www.europeanlacrosse.org). It is currently held in both men's and women's divisions. The cup is open to reigning champions of regular leagues held in member countries of the ELF.

The innaugural cup was held in 2008 in Hamburg, inspired and organized by Ken Galluccio. After Ken has tragically passed away in early 2009 there has been nobody to quickly fill the vacuum. In 2010 the men's cup was revived and held in Manchester (ENG), while it's women's couterpart has been launched by a Prague Sports event held in Radotin - Prague (CZE).

Each year the ELF calls for bids from potential organizers. At Prague Sports we have been lucky enough to run the women's division consecutively in 2010 (Radotin - Prague, CZE) and 2011 (Lenzerheide, SUI). More over we are delighted to have been asked to hold both the Men's and Women's 2012 Cups in Prague.
